Dear All,
My name is Thongphanith Phoukham . I am a librarian from National Library of Laos , 2 year ago I have ever been joined by Sakura Science Project . And this time I never think before I will have an opportunity to came again . I am glad to see you all at the CSEAS and I would like to thank you very much for your warm welcome.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　During the 3 months, I live here, I will conduct my paper entitled : Creating and Printing of National Bibliography. I hope I will gain valuable experience in my academics and cultural exchange with all of your and learn more a news thing from CSEAS and ones again I hope we have more cooperation between the National Library of Laos and CSEAS in the future as soon as.

ສະບາຍດີ ບັນດາທ່ານທີ່ເຄົາລົບ ແລະ ນັບຖືເປັນຢ່າງສູງ.
ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຊື່ ນ. ພູຄໍາ ທອງພານິດ, ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າເປັນພະນັກງານບັນນາຮັກຂອງຫໍສະໝຸດແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ. ເມື່ອ 2ປີກ່ອນ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້້າ ໄດ້ມີໂອກາດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໃນໂຄງການ Sakura Science ແລະ ໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າບໍ່ເຄີຍຄິດມາກ່ອນວ່າຈະໄດ້ມີໂອກາດກັບມາອີກເທື່ອໜຶ່ງ.
ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ດີໃຈຫຼາຍ ທີ່ໄດ້ມີໂອກາດພົບກັບບັນດາທ່ານໃນໂຄງການ CSEAS ແລະ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຕ້ອງຂໍຂອບໃຈກັບການຕ້ອນຮັບຢ່າງອົບອຸ່ນ, ໃນຊ່ວງເວລາ 03 ເດືອນ ທີ່ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າພັກເຊົາຢູ່ທີ່ນີ້ ແລະຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຈະພະຍາຍາມຄົ້ນຄ້ວາວິໄຈໃນຫົວຂໍ້: ການສ້າງ ແລະ ການພິມບັນນານຸກົມແຫ່ງຊາດ.
ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ຫວັງເປັນຢ່າງຍິ່ງວ່າຈະໄດ້ຮັບປະສົບການທີ່ມີຄຸນຄ່າໃນດ້ານວິຊາການ ແລະ ການແລກປ່ຽນທາງວັດທະນະທໍາກັບທຸກໆທ່ານ ແລະ ຮຽນຮູ້ເພີ່ມຕື່ມກັບໂຄງການ CSEAS ແລະ ທ່ານອື່ນໆ.
ອີກຄັ້ງໜຶ່ງ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຫວັງວ່າຈະມີການຮ່ວມມືກັນຫຼາຍຂຶ້ນເລື່ອຍໆ ລະຫວ່າງ ຫໍສະໝຸດແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ ແລະ ໂຄງການ ຫ້ອງສະໝຸດກ່ຽວໂຕ (CSEAS) ໃນອານາຄົດອັນໃກ້.
