Information

On Oct.1, there was a lecture on the acquisition of materials using iPad Air and iPad mini, for the graduate students to write academic dissertations.

An English lecture titled “Path to Thesis” was provided as the “introduction to Southeast Asian Studies” for foreign students and graduate students. It was a trial example of the education support tool which has been developed by the KUASU project “Using gadget devices, applications at libraries”, using gadget devices such as iPad Air and iPad mini.
This time, two foreign students from Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia and two of our graduate students attended the lecture. They learned about techniques to collect materials and about the use of the database repository, while actually using iPad and operating KULINE.
